Any business holding a valid Seller’s Permit or Business License and purchasing products for resale is welcome to buy from AZ Wholesale.
We proudly serve a wide range of clients, with a strong focus on HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés & Catering), as well as retailers, convenience stores, grocery stores, distributors, and import/export businesses.

2. What is the first step to becoming an AZ Wholesale customer?

– Register Online
Create an account on our website by completing the registration form with your business information.

– Email Verification
After registration, please verify your email address using the confirmation link sent to your inbox. Email verification is required before placing orders.

– Submit Required Documents
Upload your Seller’s Permit/Business License, photo ID, and any additional required documents through our document submission system, or send them directly to our support email.

– Place Your First Order
Once your account is verified, you may place orders online.

– Sales Representative Support
After document approval, an AZ Wholesale sales representative will contact you to confirm order details, discuss shipping or COD options, and assist with any questions.

3. Why should I buy from AZ Wholesale?

4. Is there a minimum order requirement?

Yes. We require a minimum order value of $1,000.

5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. COD delivery is available for eligible customers and locations. Please contact your sales representative to confirm COD availability and terms.

6. How does shipping work?

Customers may:

Arrange their own transportation, or

Use AZ Wholesale’s shipping options, which include regional and national freight carriers to ensure cost-effective delivery.

For time-sensitive deliveries, the required delivery date must be communicated in advance.

International customers and exporters are responsible for arranging their own transportation. We can assist with container loading but do not manage overseas shipping.

7. Do you ship outside the United States?

AZ Wholesale supplies products to exporters but does not deliver outside the United States.
Customers must take delivery within the U.S. and assume full responsibility for export compliance, including documentation and adherence to all applicable U.S. export laws.

8. What is your return policy?

Returns due to customer dissatisfaction may be requested within 5 business days of receiving the order.

Returned items must be in resellable condition

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

A 20% restocking fee applies

⚠️ Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from an AZ Wholesale sales representative.

9. How long does it take to receive my order?

Once your account is approved:

You will receive a freight quotation or COD confirmation

Orders are processed after approval of shipping or payment terms

Orders are typically ready for shipment within 24 business hours

Transit time depends on destination and carrier.

10. How are freight charges calculated?

Freight charges are calculated based on current market rates, using electronic pricing from freight carriers and brokerage systems.

11. What if items are missing from my order?

Claims for shortages must be submitted within 2 business days of delivery and must include:

A copy of the signed delivery receipt (DR)

A completed claim form listing missing items or quantities

After warehouse verification, AZ Wholesale will issue either:

A refund, or

A credit toward a future purchase

Replacement shipments are not provided for shortage claims.
